Canadian Mortgage Professionals is looking to grow our team! We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Underwriter/Fulfillment Specialist to join a cohesive, high-performing team that thrives on productivity and client satisfaction.

• Keeps up to date with evolving policies and procedures.
• Handles pressure effectively in a high-volume environment.
• Is willing to work with our marketing team for promotional purposes
• Ensures a positive customer experience.
• Demonstrates proficiency in PC software in a Windows environment.
• Has highly developed organizational skills and a detailed knowledge of credit analysis and risk management principles.
• Understands credit scoring and is capable of analyzing financial statements to assess financial viability.
• Is adept at preparing and issuing mortgage commitments, following up on outstanding conditions/documents, and maintaining direct contact with mortgage originators through fulfillment and closing stages.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: 1+ year in underwriting/fulfillment (required).
• License/Certification: RECA Mortgage associates license (required).
