JOB SUMMARY
An Account Executive defines superior service to brokers and all internal customers. You understand that this is more than just having and managing a book of business. You will achieve both the sales goals and service levels of the organization by developing and maintaining strong partnerships and always striving to exceed expectations.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Minimum 3-5 years of related experience as a Wholesale Account Executive required.
- Sales guru motivated to always meet or exceed goals and expectations
- Proven ability to creatively source and develop new business while also focused on how to continually nurture current business
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced start up environment and adapt successfully in the face of ambiguity
- Stellar organizational skills and attention to detail
- Not afraid to roll up your sleeves and close the deal.
- Exceptional written and oral communication and influencing skills.
- Empathetic to the customer experience and able to flex to various audiences.
- Extremely hard-working and determined with a hustle.
- Possess strong initiative.

- Seek and connect with new broker partners in assigned territory with set metrics and goals
- Cultivate relationships and maintain long-term partnerships through face-to-face visits and constant touch point engagements
- Educate brokers on our value proposition and why ResiCentral is changing the mortgage industry
- Bring on your existing brokers and ensure they are properly trained
- Provide best-in-class client service through friendly, professional, and responsive communication with both internal and external customers
- Monitor your accounts with a continual focus on innovating the customer experience and business processes
