• What you’ll be doing
• Manage all daily operations of the motel, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest relations
• Oversee the hiring, training, and management of motel staff to ensure high-quality service
• Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Manage the motel’s finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Implement and monitor policies and procedures to maintain the motel’s cleanliness, security, and overall brand standards
• Actively promote the motel and its services to potential guests and the local community
• Collaborate with the head office to identify and implement strategies for improving the motel’s performance
• What we’re looking for
• Experience in a similar motel management role or Qualification related to Business and Management.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team
• Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Demonstrated experience in implementing and enforcing policies and procedures
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry and current trends
• Willingness to reside on-site at the motel
