ARC Inspirations is a commercially successful bar group across the UK, we operate 3 brands with 19 venues in total. At ARC we bring our guests the best drinks and food and create memorable experiences for them in our venues for all occasions. Our three brands – BOX, Manahatta and Banyan are intentionally differentiated to target different customers and locations and our guests can enjoy everything from all day dining, brunch and catch up drinks to after work beers, cocktails and late night partying. Working within the Marketing Team, you will be responsible for designing engaging solutions and creative content for our bar and restaurant brands. This will include creating engaging motion graphics from start to finish, turning marketing briefs into innovative digital designs. Designing for our 3 bar brands – Banyan, BOX and Manahatta – you should feel comfortable being able to quickly adapt your design style to fit each of our brand’s guidelines.

Working within a small design team, you would also be required to support colleagues with still graphics, which may consist of point-of-sale design, digital design, menu design, social media and email content, and more.

• Working on multiple projects at once, producing a range of digital designs for marketing campaigns, including video for screens, web, social media and more.
• Assisting the digital marketing team to create engaging social media content and assets.
• Supporting marketing colleagues by producing a range of print related materials such as menus, posters and flyers, digital assets and more.
• Maintaining brand consistency across all creative solutions, you will be responsible for ensuring all artwork meets our brand guidelines.
• Keeping up to date with the latest trends, AI tools, and design programmes, creating new design ideas and solutions to ensure our messaging remains current and ahead of competition.
