Motor Dealership Receptionist – Cape Town

THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE

We are seeking a capable and well-versed motor dealership Receptionist to join the team at a busy motor dealership. We are in need of a friendly, bubbly and well-presented individual with a professional demeanour, who has excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service and at least 18 months of Reception experience, within a motor dealership. Your duties will include meeting and greeting and assisting walk ins, switchboard duties, administrative duties and other miscellaneous duties required as well as ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the front desk.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
A minimum of 18 months of Reception experience, within a motor dealership.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
Strong telephone etiquette
Well groomed and presented
Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
