JOB OVERVIEW
Are you a skilled individual with considerable knowledge and experience of the Motor Vehicle industry? We’re looking for a Motor Vehicle Performance Coach to join us at Southport College on a part-time basis.
Responsibilities:
As a Performance Coach, you’ll be responsible for recruiting, training and assessing Motor Vehicle apprenticeship candidates. This is a varied role that will involve:
- Planning, preparing and delivering training in specialist areas
- Conducting initial and continuous Health and Safety assessments in the workplace
- Enrolling, inducting, reviewing and tracking learners
- Assessing students in vocational areas, testing their knowledge and skills
- Liaising with Assessors, Trainers, Mentors, and employers to build networks and relay key information
