Job Title: Motor Vehicle Technician
Location: Leamington Spa, CV32 6AT
Salary: Up to £34,000 basic salary + uncapped bonus – OTE £40,000+
We are looking to recruit a Motor Vehicle Technician to join our busy service team in Leamington Spa. Our performance has been continuing to grow as well as being recognised for the quality of service provided to our customers.
As such we require a self-motivated individual, who is able to use their own initiative to work alongside our existing team in our busy service department.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles
- Undertaking vehicle repairs and maintenance, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications and guidelines
- Providing accurate and detailed reports on vehicle condition, work performed and recommendations for further repairs or maintenance.
- Collaborating effectively with other team members to deliver exceptional service and meet customer expectations
