SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

We are looking for an energetic, flexible and hard working candidate. You have 1-2 years hospitality experience and are looking to take things to the next level. When starting out with us you will become and pro on the bar and/or floor and if willing and keen we will progress you into the management team and take you through all the training required.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

This is your chance to unlock the drinks master within! This position requires you to pour and whip up drinks for our clientele, maintaining the highest of standards creating memorable and charming experiences.
You would need to be available for lunch times on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, as well as Saturday evenings.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Greeting (and charming!) customers.
  • Making, serving and selling cocktails, coffees, shots, bottled, mixed drinks and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Setting up the bar for busy periods and completing the opening / closing systems including cleaning and maintaining bar service areas.
  • Promoting products and upselling.
  • Washing glassware, arranging bottles and glasses as well as tapping kegs and attaching supply lines.
  • Handling customer payments.
  • Assisting the sales manager as required.
