Description:

Are you an Orthoptist looking to develop your career in further education? Do you have a passion to deliver core Orthoptic knowledge and skills to the next generation? If yes, then Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust welcomes applications for the role of MSc module lead on the UCL MSc Orthoptic (pre-reg) programme, working within a multi-disciplinary team.
The MSc Orthoptics programme has been developed by University College London (UCL), Institute of Ophthalmology (IoO) and Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in a joint education partnership. The post holder will hold an honorary contract with UCL IoO and be employed by Moorfields Orthoptic Service.
This is a unique opportunity to support the MSc Orthoptics (pre-reg) programme alongside UCL Institute of Ophthalmology suite of ophthalmic sub-specialty taught programmes. The module lead will play a key role in the development, management and delivery of the programme in conjunction with the Deputy and Programme Director .
