Description:
We have an exciting opportunity to work as an administrator within the MSK Physiotherapy Admin team. This role is 30 hours/week and will be based at Upton Hospital in Slough . . You will be joining a friendly and supportive team, who are very patient focused. The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach and be good at multi-tasking, preferably with some customer service experience. Good IT skills are essential. You will be joining a welcoming admin team who are pro-active in ensuring a high standard of service within MSK Physio across East Berkshire.
The role is site based, although there is an option for hybrid working if cover allows.
Booking/cancelling Physio appointments, both over the telephone and face to face.
Covering the appointment and cancellation phone lines
Sending out appointment invite letters
Processing/uploading Referrals via ESR and our in-house RIO system.
Reception cover
Making interpreter bookings via an on-line portal
Monitoring our text message reminder responses
Cover at other sites within our Service (Driving licence/car owner essential)
Monitoring the group email and responding to queries as appropriate .
Taking minutes for the weekly Admin meetings.
