| MSP Account Manager I

Responsibilities:

This role will support Porch’s overall mission by ensuring we are establishing, maintaining, and supporting relations between PMG and its Service Providers that utilize our software services and service PMG customers.
As an Account Manager I, your goal is to educate MSPs on the benefits of their account with PMG, find what their organizational goals are, ensure that MSPs understand the expectation of having an account with PMG, and in some cases negotiate MSPs’ rates. The Account Management Team is critical to PMG’s success by monitoring MSP performance metrics, setting frequent check-ins, and ensuring that our expectations are met by our supply network (MSPs). Account Managers help identify mutual wins that benefit both our MSPs and PMG. Including but not limited to educating, monitoring/actioning on quality metrics, advocating upselling/expansion of services, and retention of our MSP Network.
