REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management.
  • Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies.
  • Strong vendor management experience.
  • Exceptional communication and soft skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience with SAFe Agile methodologies is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product lifecycle.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced MSP Product Owner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of owning a product or platform tailored to a specific target market—Managed Service Providers (MSPs)—and possess a deep understanding of their needs and requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including business operations, training teams, IT teams, and vendors, to drive project initiatives and product roadmaps.
  • Provide functional and technical expertise on applications and interfaces within our platform to ensure alignment with MSP needs.
  • Work with designers, the MSP GTM team, and engineering to evolve our platform to meet market demands.
  • Develop and validate acceptance criteria for new features and user stories in collaboration with IT partners.
  • Assist in the production support and maintenance of applications as required.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and proofs of concept to evaluate potential solutions.
  • Engage with Infrastructure teams to ensure secure deployment of vendor applications.
  • Incorporate feature requests into the product roadmap based on feedback from MSPs and end-users.
  • Groom and prioritize the product backlog to align with business objectives.
  • Set sprint goals and manage release and upgrade planning.
  • Monitor work progress and address production issues during sprints.
  • Analyze user preferences and requests to inform product refinements.
  • Continuously refine our agile methodology based on outcomes and client feedback.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends to inform product development and innovation.
