DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

MTU Turbomeca Rolls-Royce ITP GmbH (MTRI) is the programme management company responsible for the turboshaft engine MTR390-E (Enhanced engine) and is jointly staffed by the partner companies, where certain resources are shared with MTR.
The MTRI office in Munich is the management centre of the programme, responsible for direction and coordination of all development, production and support activities for the MTR390-E engine.

Directly attached to the Commercial and Customer Support Director, your main role will consist in:

  • Develop sales targets/Goals and sales plan/strategies to manage obscolescence topics
  • Coordinate the partner companies to converge on a common approach
  • Participate to the continuous improvement of the customer support process and participate to the risk management process (sales and supply chain)
  • When required, coordinate any technical topic with the technical team;

DESCRIPTION COMPLÏ¿½MENTAIRE

Contract management to manage the supply chain efficiency:

  • Ensure the contractualization to avoid disruption in supply chain management
  • Coordinate and challenge the support commercial functional group to converge on common way forward
  • Manage existing contracts
  • Ensure the follow-up of contractual deliverables

o Prepare and ensure on time delivery of the performance reports.
o Propose and manage task forces with partners and customers when it is necessary
o Participate and lead preparation of the meetings with partners and customers
Partner companies coordination
o Manage the customer support activity, analyse, prepare, and reply to all customer demand on io signed
o Ensure the efficiency of the obsolescence management process between partners and customers
Quality and Continuous Improvement
o Participate to the commercial and customer support process review
o Participate to the preparation of the quality audit when needed
o Report risks & Manage mitigation plan

Responsibilities:
