  • Serve as a leader and mentor to other photographers, assistants, and contractors, as needed.
  • Manage project logistics, budgets, and coordination with Area and Headquarters teams, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
  • Act as a communication hub for the Communication and Publishing Department, ensuring the successful completion of each project by collaborating with stakeholders and managing assets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Photography or Videography or a related field, plus 6+ years of professional experience in photography and videography production, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Professional photography and videography portfolio that demonstrates strong skills in lighting, composition, color quality, and alignment with the Church’s Global Visual Style Guide.
  • Expertise in multiple photographic disciplines, including documentary, event, portraiture (environmental and studio), and architecture photography.
  • Deep understanding and proficiency with digital camera and lighting equipment, including strobe, LED, and tungsten systems.
  • Proficient with imaging software such as Capture One, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, and Adobe Bridge.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working with senior executives and Church leadership.
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required, with flexibility to travel internationally, sometimes on short notice.
  • Must possess and maintain a current temple recommend for access to sacred Church resources.
