REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Digital and Online business, if possible, in the Beauty industry or in brand management role
  • previous experience in managing complex tasks and coordinating several internal and external stakeholders, showing great project management & teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Drive the online and digital acceleration of PPD brands in both Malaysia and Singapore markets, increasing our online visibility and ensuring brand execution excellence across the several touchpoints and platforms to offer an innovative, complete, and seamless consumer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Crucial position connecting the digital team, brands, and external stakeholders like Agencies and Platforms, working on

  • Online Brand Campaign planning: after having collected - from the relevant stakeholders - all the information on brand and digital calendar and on each campaign concept, the OTA is responsible for converting Brand and Online strategy into an operational e-Brand Plan. Ensures all digital activities are consistent across platforms and touchpoints with the business objectives and regional guidelines.
  • Online Visibility & Brand Excellence: in charge of briefing, developing and deploying all contents and visuals [e.g. EC and Media campaigns materials, CRM activations assets, Websites and Platforms contents] to boost Kerastase and L’Oréal Professionnel online presence, working closely to our new Service Center and the regional team. PPD Champion for our Digital Shelf tool and responsible for Content Integrity.
  • Platforms update: in charge of maintaining the various websites [e.g. Kerastase.my and L’Oréal Salon Shop MY and SG], in alignment with the brand calendar and the specific role of each digital touchpoint in the consumer journey and experience. Responsible – together with the Media manager - also for SEO strategy and related activities.
  • Livestreaming and Social Sellers: take the Brand Advocacy Strategy and transform it into a practical “activation” within the lower funnel. This blueprint aims to guide consumers through the journey from consideration to conversion, especially during critical ecommerce moments and campaigns. Working closely to Brand Product Managers, Media and Ecommerce Team, OTA is responsible to:
  • provide brands with a briefing and collaboratively develop the necessary contents for lower-funnel touchpoints and activations [e.g. media campaigns, livestreaming, online banners etc]
  • identify, from the pre-approved list provided by the Brand, a panel of Social Sellers and Livestreaming hosts to engage in seeding activities and conversion activations in accordance with the ecommerce campaign calendar. In charge of overseeing together with the Marketing - and executing these operational activities.
