Description
As a Multi Channel Marketing apprentice, you will support the Senior Leadership Team to implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at achieving the company’s sales targets. The role encompasses a wide variety of tasks including content creation, social media management, website administration and market research.
We are seeking a creative and driven individual with a passion for marketing and a desire to grow and develop within the business.
Customer Experience
- Create and review customer profiles for each sector
- Create and review the customer journey
- Collate Google and Trustpilot reviews
- Respond to customer feedbac
Responsibilities:
- Email marketing including customer newsletters
- Monthly email banner campaigns
- Compile and analyse marketing data to support ongoing development of campaigns
- Create brochures and branded documents
- Attend networking events
- Create and upload engaging content to the company’s social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Create and add project updates and blogs to the website
- Regularly review and update website content
- Assist with daily administrative duties and tasks

- Maintaining and updating all marketing databases and CRM systems
- Compile and analyse marketing data to support ongoing development of campaigns
- Ensure all marketing materials align with the company brand guidelines
- Assist with daily administrative duties and tasks
Press and Communications
- Create brochures and branded documents
- Attend networking events
- Research opportunities and apply for business award submissions
Social Media
- Create and upload engaging content to the company’s social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Create and upload daily stories to Instagram
- Create video content to demonstrate showroom products
- Monitor social media accounts and engage with audiences to promote brand awareness
- Respond to direct messages from customers
Website
- Create and add project updates to the website
- Create and upload monthly blogs to the website
- Regularly review and update website content
Customer Experience

Entry requirements
