The Multi-Disciplinary Creative Manager will be responsible for driving our social media strategy, creating compelling content, handling photography and videography, and managing digital marketing campaigns. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, photography, videography, and digital marketing.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our online presence, engagement, and brand awareness. Manage all social media platforms and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Content Creation: Create visually stunning and compelling content that resonates with our target audience. This includes graphics, images, videos, and written content.
  • Photography and Videography: Capture high-quality photos and videos to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives. Edit and retouch photos and videos as needed.
  • Digital Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising. Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum results.
  • Creative Direction: Provide creative leadership to the team, ensuring that all visual and written content aligns with our brand identity and messaging.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media and digital marketing efforts. Use data-driven insights to improve strategies and achieve business objectives.
