JOB OVERVIEW
Triangle Fire Systems is a rapidly growing family company specialising in the design, supply and installation of automatic fire sprinkler systems, dry and wet rising mains.
Due to our continued growth and expansion we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Multi Discipline Project Manager to join our dynamic London and Essex based teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction based fire protection projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of project management methodologies. The Project Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders and utilise project management software to facilitate smooth project execution.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in construction
- Proven experience in project management
- Strong knowledge of building regulations and health and safety standards.
- SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Ai
- Strong understanding of cost control principles and budgeting processes. .
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration across teams.
The role is 38 hours a week based out of our Laindon and Upminster offices. We offer 24 days annual leave plus all bank holidays. Salary is dependent on experience

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple residential and commercial fire protection projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.
- Utilise project management software for planning, tracking progress, and reporting.
- Implement cost control measures to manage budgets effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and milestones.
- Site visits
