JOB SUMMARY
The cost controller is able to do hotel receiving, invoice posting, inventory, and make sure costs are under control.
Responsibilities:
- Supervises the work of the Head Store Man
- Prepare a daily Flash Cost for the Chef, in order to inform of the Food Purchases
- Take monthly inventory on Food and Beverage Stock in the Stores and Outlets
- Inform the Chef and the Director of Beverage on cost and profi
