Description:

Bureau Veritas is looking for a qualified Multi-scheme Auditor for Switzerland Area located in greater Zurich area or eastern part of Switzerland.
As an experienced multi-scheme auditor (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001,..) you possesses the knowledge and skills necessary to coordinate and conduct 3rd party audits (certification audit) with demonstrated experience in ISO 9001/ISO 14001/ISO 45001 or ISO 27001 schemes, as well as the compliance with various regulatory schemes or standards within the organization.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Experience as Lead Auditor in mentioned schemes;
  • Familiarity with various industry standards and certifications, such as CISA, CISSP, or ISO, would be highly advantageous;
  • Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills are essential to effectively navigate the complexities of multi-scheme auditing;
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites;
  • Ability to handle basic software programs and IT tools;
  • You communicate confidently in German and English (French is a plus).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships clients and implement an approach of total customer focus;
  • Conduct in efficient and competent manner the work for Bureau Veritas as required by instructions/ Quality System and/or as per formal agreement between the client and Bureau Veritas;
  • Plan and execute audits, report findings and follow-up, when necessary, within agreed times scales and economic frameworks;
  • Ensure the correct use of production tools dedicated to auditing activities and the communication of updated data, in order to allow proper issue and management of certificates;
  • Perform typical back-office tasks such as contacting customers to confirm the planned activities;
  • Act as a team player who works well with others and guides through professional development process, including timely completion of reviews and goal setting;
  • Assessing the effectiveness of the organization’s policies, procedures, and controls in meeting the requirements of these schemes;
  • Identifying gaps or non-conformities and providing recommendations for remediation;
  • Preparing detailed audit reports and presenting findings to management.
