We are currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Automation Engineer to join our team located at our Heywood depot.
Shift Details: You will be working 40.25 hours per week on a shift pattern 2 days followed by 2 nights on a 4 on 4 off rotation working 07:00 to 19:00 & 19:00 to 07:00.
Salary:Annual salary starts from £46,151.43 depending on experience

In this role you will be proactive as well as reactive maintenance of the warehouse systems of the site. You will be supporting the technical department with planning activities, instruction and supervision mechanics/operators and optimising the technical process.

Other responsibilities include:

• Resolving breakdowns, reduce downtime, and improve plant reliability
• Supporting the maintenance and wider team in working together to solve problems to keep our facility moving
• Approximately 20% of the time you will be working in a cold environment - approximately minus 18 degrees - just like working in the freezer; but we provide full PPE including coats, hats and boots
• At times work at height using safety harness
