REQUIREMENTS:

• Good knowledge and application of fillers
• Good knowledge and use of pin-pulling equipment
• Have Multi-skilled knowledge
• Willingness to work long hours where necessary
• Minimum 2 years of painting, panel and MET experience
• Minimum 1-year mobile repair experience
• Be confident in painting large jobs and be able to make accurate blends
• A self-motivated individual and able to work on their initiative
• Hard-working
• Has great attention to detail
• Been customer-facing in former roles
• Prepared to travel daily
• Good timekeeper
• Happy being outdoors as this job role is MOBILE

We offer a basic salary of £40,000, as well as a lucrative, uncapped bonus scheme for our mobile body repair technicians. The bonus scheme pays technicians 35% of the sales exceeding the monthly revenue target.
