Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to our ongoing success and growth, we are seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer with a bias towards building fabric to join our team.
Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will handle a range of planned and reactive tasks. With an impressive annual turnover exceeding £1 billion and a commitment to continual growth, we prioritize investing in our people and fostering an environment where they can thrive. If you’re a skilled engineer with a drive to excel, we’d love to have you on board.
Location: Liverpool
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Full-time / Permanent

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform reactive and remedial repairs as directed by the GRAHAM Helpdesk, focusing on minor building fabric repairs and basic plumbing installations based on your experience.
  • Interact professionally with a diverse range of clients, representing the company with courtesy.
  • Submit company documentation accurately and promptly, whether in hard copy or electronic format.
  • Utilize PDA or electronic devices to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Apply your initiative to solve complex technical problems related to minor works, including sourcing parts, materials, and seeking technical support from manufacturers.
  • Adhere to the highest health and safety standards, including conducting point-of-work risk assessments for every task to ensure best practices.
  • Provide regular out-of-hours cover as part of a rota system.
