We are proud to announce a new contract with Northern Ireland Water to provide Facilities Management, Maintenance Services, and Minor Project Works across the extensive North-West region. As part of this exciting project, we are seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer with a plumbing bias to join our dynamic team.

As a Multi-Skilled Engineer – Plumbing Bias, you will be crucial in supporting NI Water’s facilities, handling both reactive and planned maintenance tasks while contributing to the future facilities management strategy.
Location: Mobile NI - Ballymena and Ballycastle
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform reactive and planned plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance within NI Water facilities as directed by the GRAHAM Helpdesk.
• Conduct minor building fabric repairs as required to support the overall maintenance strategy.
• Contribute to the delivery of reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and project works under the NI Water contract.
• Represent GRAHAM professionally, interacting courteously with clients and stakeholders.
• Complete and submit accurate documentation in both hard copy and electronic formats.
• Utilise electronic devices to manage and efficiently complete tasks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex plumbing and mechanical issues, sourcing parts and liaising with manufacturers as needed.
• Maintain high health and safety standards, performing risk assessments for each task.
• Provide out-of-hours cover as part of a rota system.
