Description:

Job Introduction Are you a Multi-skilled Engineer with a strong plumbing bias and mechanical background? Do you have great interpersonal skills and ability to work independently?
Due to an internal promotion, we’re seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer with plumbing bias to provide technical expertise that will elevate our operations. You will operate on the Greenwich campus with regards to planned and reactive maintenance and various projects ensuring high levels of compliance and health & safety.
This exciting opportunity offers a stable 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday. Embrace the variety with weekly alternating early and late shifts: Earlies from 07:00 to 15:30 and lates from 10:30 to 19:00.

What you’ll do:

  • Undertake technical responsibilities such as operation, maintenance, fault finding, and repair across various building services, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Communicate politely and courteously with colleagues, clients, and representatives, keeping service delivery managers informed about engineering and building issues.
  • Ensure that planned preventative maintenance and associated work is implemented efficiently to specified requirements and provide assistance with improving these requirements on a continuous basis.
  • Undertake training as required enabling them to perform their duties competently and to keep up-to-date with new developments and technology.
  • Work to deadlines to ensure plant down time is kept to a minimum and key performance indicators (KPI’s) are achieved.
  • Interpret technical schematics and drawings and utilise this information to perform planned preventative maintenance, rectification of faults and installation of new equipment.
