Multi Skilled Maintenance Craftsperson (Mech - Plumbing & Pipefitting)

To take responsibility for diagnostic fault finding, problem solving and repair and maintenance of primarily mechanical equipment including but not limited to LTHW boilers, Air Handling Units, Domestic water services and heating systems To undertake servicing and installation of this equipment and systems within the Trust and in other properties maintained by the Maintenance Department as directed. Partake in the installation of services through small or capital worksprogrammes To set out new work or set up new production appropriate to his/her original trade using relevant instruments and machinery without supervision.
