Our client are a successful FM service provider with contracts around the UK. They are hiring a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical bias) for a commercial office site in Milton Keynes. Working pattern is Monday - Friday.

YOUR NEW ROLE

As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer with electrical bias, you will carry out reactive and planned maintenance works to M&E plant & equipment at a commercial office. Key duties will include:

• PPMs in line with SFG 20 and ACOPs
• Reactive maintenance works to agreed KPI response times
• Reporting job closures in real time
• Adhere to all relevant H&S and compliance regulations

To succeed in this role you will require relevant experience working as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer in a commercial setting, ideally within a corporate office environment. You will also require:

• Relevant level 3 electrical quals
• 18th edition (or required knowledge to swiftly obtain)
• Knowledge of M&E equipment and plant
• PPM and reactive experienc

When successful in securing this role you will receive a permanent contract with a successful and growing FM service provider. You will also receive:

• £40,000 salary
• £2,400 call out allowance
• Opportunities for overtime
• 25 days leave + bank holiday
