Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for a multi trader to join their team in London.
The Role
As a Multi trader you will be assigned to various jobs to complete throughout each day at different locations in and around London. You must be able to carry out various works, at least 3 of the following skills; you will need recent previous experience in:
- Plumbing repairs
- Minor electrical repairs
- Roofing and repairs
- Lock smith
- patch Plastering
- Carpentry
- Tiling
- General maintenance
- Painting
The operative must have
- Excellent communication /written skills
- Polite and approachable manor
- Clean UK drivers licence
- Reliability, and a “can do” attitude
- Must be available to attend call outs at any time
- Must have CSCS card
