Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician (Plumber)

Here at Havebury Housing, we are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician (Plumber) to undertake plumbing, drainage, guttering and other associated areas of repairs on mainly domestic properties located throughout East Anglia to a high standard.

OUTLINE OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES…

• Ability to diagnose faults and rectify effectively. Repairs carried out on first visit wherever possible
• Identify any repairs that are not landlord responsibility and bring them to the attention of the line manager
• Where additional works are required, the ability to provide clear information as to work, duration and materials required
• Undertake basic works of other trades relative to work undertaken or, as directed by line manager
• Maintain van to an acceptable condition and ensure its cleanliness and tidiness including maintaining stock levels and stock organisation
• Provide an exceptional level of customer service to Havebury’s tenants and stakeholders at all times
