Ensure smooth 24/7 operations with technical expertise and problem-solving prowess. A multi-skilled shift engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, diagnosing and fixing equipment issues, collaborating seamlessly to optimize up time and safety.

Preventative Maintenance & Equipment Uptime:

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks and inspections on injection moulding machines, auxiliary equipment, and related systems (hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical).
• Monitor equipment performance parameters, identify potential issues, and take corrective action to prevent breakdowns.
• Implement improvements to optimize equipment efficiency and prolong operating life.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

TECHNICAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

• Possess a strong understanding of injection moulding machinery: hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, controls, process variables.
• Maintain a working knowledge of safety procedures and LOTO protocols.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Comply with company safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
