Multimedia Coordinator – Urbanmedia
Urbanmedia, the national sales house for Ireland’s leading urban radio stations (including FM104, Q102, Cork’s 96FM & C103, Limerick Live 95, LMFM, U105, TalkSPORT Ireland, WLR, and Galway Bay FM), seeks a skilled Multimedia Coordinator. We offer creative solutions across on-air, on-street, and online platforms, and this role is crucial to maintaining our market-leading position.

Your Role: The Multimedia Coordinator is a key member of our creative digital team, reporting to the Head of Digital. You will collaborate with the Digital Team, the broader Urbanmedia sales team, and Wireless radio stations nationwide to create exceptional audio and digital experiences for our audiences.
Day to day you will:
+ Creative Design: Design engaging graphics for station and commercial campaigns, ensuring a visually exciting and memorable brand experience across our websites and digital assets.
+ Web Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop compelling website content pages. Implement daily site and app updates.
+ Content Creation & Management: Create and deliver content for social media and digital campaigns. Manage and update website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
+ Digital Analytics: Maintain and update digital analytics reports to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
+ Agile Methodology: Adopt and support Agile methodologies for project management and execution.
What we are looking for from you:
+ Communication :Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
+ Digital Design: Strong digital design skills are a must, with experience designing for social media and affiliate/banner advertising. A portfolio showcasing your work is required.
+ Web Design: Demonstrable web design experience with moderate proficiency in HTML and CSS. Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Joomla) and FTP clients is essential.
+ Software Proficiency: Expertise in industry-standard design packages, particularly Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Dreamweaver, InDesign, Sublime Text). Basic video editing skills are advantageous.
+ Desirable Experience: Experience with enterprise-class ESPs, CRM systems, and e-commerce platforms.
+ Education: A degree in Visual Communications or a related field is preferred but not essential. Relevant experience will be considered.
+ Video skills would be a plus.
