Multimedia Designer

As a Multimedia Designer, you will plan, design, and create visually compelling digital content across a variety of platforms. You’ll use a variety of tools and technologies to combine static and animated visuals, text, video, and sound into dynamic content to enhance our learning tools.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience in multimedia design or digital content creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, G-Suite and MS Office
• Self directed, creative and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with teams and clients.
• High degree of design and art direction to meet our high standard of presentation.

• Project Planning & Design: Plan and design the layout, structure, and overall vision for multimedia projects.
• Content Creation: Use specialised software to create digital assets (graphics, animations, video, sound) for various platforms, ensuring content is tailored for the intended audience and campaigns including
• Powerpoint/Keynote presentations to support our sales and marketing teams
• Complex Multimedia presentations to support our leadership and team development work
• Support for the growth and refinement of our tech enabled tools including our AI coaching initiatives
