Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Supervise multimedia production for school events and publicity, including videos, photos, and posters.
  • Maintain the school’s photo and video gallery.
  • Manage external publicity platforms (digital signage, website, social media).
  • Support school functions as needed (level camps, Speech Day).
  • Manage school’s media-related ICT assets: procurement, maintenance, repairs, loans, condemnation.
  • Manage AV assets and provide support for school activities, including online and hybrid events.
  • Assist teachers with multimedia production, photography, and videography.
  • Train and mentor students for multimedia production and ICT competitions like OSOS, NEmation, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum GCE “O” Level Certificate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of working independently and within a team.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administration.
  • Prior experience in a school setting preferred.
