SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Significant experience in designing digital/online media
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in multimedia software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), and eLearning/Screen Capture authoring tools (Camtasia). Proficiency in audio editing (Adobe Audition)
• Understanding of AODA compliance policies to support captioning of video content
• Proficiency in managing tasks efficiently under strict deadlines
• Bilingual English/French an asset
• Post-secondary education in graphic design or demonstrated experience
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a designer role
• Experience working with vendors and a creative agency
• Expertise in video/audio editing techniques
• Basic awareness and understanding of the securities industry

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design social media campaigns
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications and Public Affairs team to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns
• Effectively present and communicate creative design and strategies in various scenarios
• Adhere to project deadlines, ensuring all content is accurate, timely, relevant, compelling, and appropriate for the intended audience
• Provide multimedia support for member education and other internal teams, including creation of animated videos and webcast production
