Working student / Intern: Role & responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Assist in planning and creating internal social media content and internal communications including text, images, and videos for use in our iLab community.
  • Create and edit images, videos, animations, graphics and audio files in collaboration with various teams.
  • Operate and manage audio/visual equipment and software for content production.
  • Brainstorm concepts, develop mood boards, and assist in voice-over script development.
  • Produce collateral and update digital content according to brand guidelines.
  • Support the content and design of strategic decks and presentations.
  • Newsletter Design: Collaborate on the design and distribution of newsletters.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative and organizational tasks in the department
  • Update and optimise our SharePoint landscape.
  • Support for events organized by iLab Site Operations and support the team in implementing communication that support the events.

Requirements:

  • Student Status: Enrolled in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or Media Management or equivalent .
  • Digital Savvy: Familiarity with internal social media platforms, users and content management systems.
  • Familiar with Microsoft M365 Suite
  • Graphic Design & Video Skills: Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) or Canva, Camtasia.
  • Proactive communication skills, creative, and solutions oriented
  • Committed to creating a positive Team environment, as well as the ability to work independently and reliably
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English and German is required. Any other language is a plus
