We are looking for a Multinational Program Coordinator based in London, who will focus on our Financial Lines of business.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL HAVE

As a Multinational Program Coordinator, you will take on a range of global programs and be a key contributor to ensure our Multinational service delivery is best in class.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about Multinational insurance programs, driving and developing a customer centric culture at Allianz, and willing to challenge the status quo.
Working in close collaboration with our Underwriting teams based around the UK, your responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting broker presentations, slips, and underwriting files and accounts.

We’d like to find someone with a first operational experience in the UK market handling the administration of insurance programs, keen to learn more about Multinational program placement. You bring:

  • Excellent verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills
  • A good understanding of Corporate insurance products, wordings, terms and conditions and coverages
  • Great time management skills, the ability to adapt to changing priorities and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Data-driven and innovation-minded, you are able to implement new digital ways of working
  • You work well in a team and have a proactive attitude to relationships and chang

Responsibilities:

SOME OF YOUR SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES COULD INCLUDE:

  • Working closely with the underwriting teams regarding program structure, implementation of the program by giving or receiving instructions with Allianz Commercial offices around the world, addressing questions and resolving any issues regarding cover and wording
  • Ensuring all local policies are issued in a timely fashion and that client expectations are met
  • Accurately and efficiently populating our IT systems
  • Working directly with brokers if necessary
  • Managing own workflow to ensure key performance indicators and service standards are met

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
