Job Description
The Senior Multiphysics System Engineering Analyst will be responsible for driving advanced technical solutions and providing strategic guidance across multiple domains, including optics, control systems, and signal processing. This role requires a deep expertise in mathematical and multiphysics analysis, algorithm design, and systems engineering, with a focus on ensuring project success from concept to deployment.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring innovative, high-quality outcomes in fields such as optics, ballistics, control systems, and signal processing.
- Provide high-level mathematical and multiphysics analysis, modeling, and simulation to inform and guide design decisions.
- Lead the design and development of advanced algorithms, ensuring robust and scalable implementation.
- Oversee and contribute to high-level requirements analysis, ensuring comprehensive traceability between customer needs and product specifications to drive compliance.
- Lead the authoring, review, and strategic positioning of technical proposals, including providing critical insights to align with business objectives.
- Act as a senior liaison with both internal and external stakeholders, influencing decision-making at the highest levels to ensure alignment with overall business and technical objectives.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation, including simulation methodologies, results, design rationale, and traceability to requirements
Program / New product Development Tasks:
- Define and manage high-level requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and long-term product roadmaps.
- Lead the development of design documentation, ensuring full traceability to requirements and industry standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree or higher in Engineering, Physics or applied mathematics.
- Experience with modeling tools like Matlab.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Canadian Security Clearance and a positive Controlled Goods Assessment. Eligibility to work in Canada either as a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
