Description:
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A MULTISKILLED TECHNICIAN FOR A LIFE SCIENCE ENVIRONMENT LOCATED AT GEEL
Background:
Position execute maintenance in accordance with agreed to service levels and costs. Position works with client / CBRE systems and processes to ensure operations and maintenance work is performed in compliance with Sanofi corporate expectations and applicable laws and regulations. Position ensures implementation of site goals and ensures day to day compliance which includes HSE. Many of the activities are technical in nature requiring a good understanding of building utility and structural systems.
The position of Multiskilled Technician provides services to buildings and utilities related to HVAC, Reports to the CBRE Hard Service Lead

Responsibilities:
MAIN ROLES INCLUDE:
Performs a variety of complex repair, installation, and/or modification services including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, combustion, refrigeration, controls, gas, joinery, hydraulics, carpentry or machine servicing at a customer building site.
Recognize and analyze interruptions and failures building installations, and develop solutions or contact external knowledge under supervision of the Hard Service Lead
Maintain regular maintenance to all technical installations on the site buildings and execute small repairs. (tickets & maintenance program).
Prepare, distribute and follow up work permits and notifications.
Coordinate, and support maintenance activities by contractors.
Update technical filing, drawings, technical information if needed
Take part to develop and update RA’s
Day hours - fulltime role
24/7 on call role
Responsibilities:
Undertake maintenance procedures, regular checks and routine inspections on equipment in conjunction with the maintenance team.
Undertake repair and minor works associated with the installed services relevant to their job designation.
Assist and enhance service delivery through best practice and the effective use of site systems and equipment
Carry out personal risk assessments of maintenance and repair activities.
Maintain and review stock levels, spares requirement through audit and timely ordering of parts
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance to the CBRE site Health & Safety procedures.
