Your Opportunity
Khadamat are looking for a Plumber who will provide responsive plumbing service as part of reactive maintenance team. Carry out inspection of all hydraulic and plumbing systems and ensure that hydraulic based life safety systems are operational at all times.
The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic and has the drive to take on new assignments at short notice with e xcellent fault finding skills.
This role is part of the Khadamat team and will be based in Al Ain, UAE.
Key Accountabilities Carry out reactive maintenance service to attend to defects and failures in hydraulic systems Clear blockages in drainage pipelines Carry out repairs to hydraulic systems Carry out inspections of pipework periodically and report on condition Carry out repairs and maintenance of sanitary ware. Support other maintenance tasks as necessary Participate in call out service as required
Specific Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in plumbing installation and maintenance Excellent technical knowledge of plumbing and plumbing systems Practical experience of the maintenance and repair of hydraulic systems Technical qualification in plumbing technology Excellent fault finding skills Ability to work unsupervised Good commumication in English language (oral and written) Knowledge of Health and Safety Experience of working on large multiple building sites Ability to prioritize appropriatel
