Multiskilled Vehicle Technician / Panel Beater - Painter

Our repair centres are fully equipped for modern vehicle accident repair and are quickly becoming recognised as a leading repairer within our industry.
Duties:
- Provide a range of vehicle body repair skills in Panel, Prep and Paint areas.
- Strip and refit vehicle components to ensure damaged areas can be repaired effectively in line with manufacturers methods
- Assist workshop controller with vehicle repair inquiries, including additional repair information, timescales, and product information.
- Analyze repairs and recommend appropriate repair method for any additional work required to vehicles.
- Utilize the vehicle repair equipment and tooling to repair vehicles to manufacturers specifications.
- Communicate effectively with other team members and utilize repair methods to ensure a sound repair. - Ensure all repairs are estimated to BS10125;2022 industry standard.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a vehicle technician role is essential.
- A level 3 or ATA qualification is preferred but not essential as training can be provided.
- Strong practical skills to assess repair needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Proficient in using modern tooling.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a good knowledge of the accident repair industry.
