Description:
The Town of Jackson is seeking applications for a Municipal Public Defender. A Public Defender is assigned by the Municipal Judge to represent persons appearing in Municipal Court that are unable to provide for their own defense. The contract for services is approved by the Mayor and Council.
Qualifications: Active member of the Wyoming State Bar in good standing for at least 5 years, free from any discipline by any State Bar or State Supreme Court for 5 years, and clear criminal history and references.
