REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in English is required (because your line manager is an English speaker)
- Minimum three years of working experience in Human Resources
- Experience in working within a fast-pace and fast-growing organization
- Understanding Dutch labor laws, regulations and employment contracts and the implications for the employees
- Strong focus on delivering results
- Ability to work well with others in a dynamic team; you are a real team player.
- Flexible to start work at 10.00 (instead of 9.00)
- Creative, curious and takes initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiastic and knowledgeable in modern and contemporary art is a plus, not a must
- You are not employed at Moco Museum Amsterdam (due to employee confidentiality)
- Eligible to work in the Netherlands

Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for HR matters of all Museum employees*; i.e monitor HR mailbox and respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
- Manage Museum Recruitment; i.e manage vacancies, select CVs, organize job interviews, informing candidates about the application process, support the hiring managers during the hiring process
- Administer leave management on the relevant systems; i.e process sick leaves in Shiftbase/Personio/Felison/Assist Verzuim
- Manage Museum employees’ contracts
- Updating personnel files on Personio, our HR information system (including Shiftbase).
- Process payroll for Museum employees
- Create monthly HR reports and reports upon request
- Support Chief of Finance & HR with any Dutch HR functions
- Support and report to Head of HR.
- Museum employees refers to the employees working at the Moco Museum Amsterdam in Honthorststraat 20, 1071DE, Amsterdam and not the employees working at the HeadQuarters.
