Description:
We have an exciting new opportunity within North Lincolnshire Music Service.
We are looking for a creative individual, with a background in music, who understands the benefits music can play in the lives of children and young people, is passionate about access and inclusion, and has good project management skills.
Working closely with the Music Service Manager, this new post will lead on access, inclusion and progression for the Music Service ensuring all children can reach their musical potential.
You will be responsible for developing and delivering the Music Services’ Inclusion Strategy, ensuring that inclusion is embedded in the Music Service’s delivery, and effectively managing a range of programmes and projects from initial concept to delivery and evaluation.
You will also be responsible for North Lincolnshire’s Music Centre, working with colleagues to deliver a range of ensembles, ensuring all children have the chance to play and perform with their friends and peers, and looking at ways to grow and develop the Centre so it remains relevant.
You will require a good understanding of safeguarding for this role.
