Mid West Community Healthcare CHO3 Older Persons Residential Services are hiring for the role of Clinical Nurse Manager 2 (Night Sister). Older Persons Services within the community promotes and engages in a person centred approach to caring for the older person. Services provided include Long Term Care, Rehab Care, Short Term Care, Respite Care, Palliative Care and Day Centre Care.

The post of Clinical Nurse Manager 2 (CNM 2) has a pivotal role in service planning, co-ordinating and managing activity and resources within the clinical area. The main responsibilities are management of the delivery of a high standard of nursing care, quality assurance, resource management, staffing and staff development and induction, practice development, facilitating communication and professional/clinical leadership.O
