Description:
The purpose of this job is to ensure the optimal functioning of facility operations by managing a wide range of services including security, maintenance, cleaning services and personnel services. This role ensures compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements to provide a safe, efficient, and supportive environment that enhances productivity and overall organizational effectiveness.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Facility Custodian: Ensure all our facilities enable CPSMX operation in accordance with Company requirements and standards, local regulations as well as security and safety conditions requirements.
Management of facilities services providers: Supervise third party personnel to ensure they possess the necessary competencies to perform activities without impacting safety and mitigating associated risks.
Ensure compliance with company standards and internal control procedures, as well as supplier guiding principles and workplace rights policies.
Service Providers Effectiveness: Oversee the selection, annual bidding process, expense monitoring, and performance evaluation of suppliers for custodial services, cafeteria, security, mail services, cleaning services, tools, and others.
Plant Operation: Manage all necessary services for plant operation, including facility maintenance, gardening, kitchen, meeting rooms, and parking lots.
Licenses and Contacts: Obtain and maintain operational licenses, act as the point of contact with authorities and external services. Managing community contacts in coordination with the sustainability and/or HR areas.
Supplies Procurement: Handle the procurement of miscellaneous materials for operations and monitor associated expenses. Ensuring the best possible service at a market-competitive cost, aligned with the plant and warehouse cost and productivity efforts
Safety and Risk Management: Identify, safety, food safety, environmental, and quality risks, applying problem-solving tools to ensure conformance and continuous process improvement.
Strategic events: Coordinate service providers for strategic and special events in coordination with the HR and host areas.
Permit Monitoring: Ensure all legal permits related to facilities are up-to-date and available.
Organization Impact/Influence:
Internal contacts with all departments.
External contacts with contractors and government authorities.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Less than 10% travel time.
Additional Information:
Work must be developed under the SGI, food safety, and OE requirements, as needed.
Follow The Coca-Cola Company’s internal processes and procedures.
It may be required to handle confidential information in accordance to the Company policies.
