Salary £55,000 - £75,000

This role would suit someone who is energised by using data and insight to identify and articulate both new features and optimisation opportunities to increase and enhance the online capability within our authenticated customer digital environment.
About the job:

You’ll be part of the MyAviva product team, playing a key role in owning, shaping, and delivering on an ambitious backlog of product enhancements. You’ll monitor, maintain, and enhance digital experiences which deliver self-service value to millions of customers. You will have the opportunity to interact with a range of digital disciplines and delivery teams and will be accountable for the digital product change going live to customers. You’ll bring a strong data-driven mindset and be able to evidence business and customer benefits generated.

  • Identifying new feature and customer journey optimisation opportunities and shaping solutions
  • Driving items of work ready for development into Product backlogs and supporting prioritisation decisions
  • Supporting digital product delivery and measurement and reporting of benefits
  • Working closely with engineering, digital product teams, business stakeholders and potentially external third parties
  • Using analytics tools to understand where user journeys can be optimised to drive better customer outcomes.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Experience in managing digital product roadmaps, delivery and having excellent communication and presentation skills is essential.
  • Experience in driving return users to digital platforms.
  • Effective use of data to identify customer experience and business value enhancement opportunities, and measure and report on outcomes.
  • Collaborative approach to working with digital disciplines to design and deliver high-performing and accessible digital products.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into digital product solutions and articulate delivery plans and progress to stakeholders.

  • Starting Salary £55,000 - £75,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
  • Bonus opportunity – 10% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
