HOUSE MANAGER/NANNY NEEDED FOR FAMILY OF 4 IN NASHVILLE

We are a warm and busy family of four—a mother and her three daughters aged 13, 10, + 7—seeking a dedicated and experienced House Manager/Nanny to join our household. This role requires 30+ hours per week, primarily in the evenings, with some daytime and occasional overnight responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• School pick-up
• Meal preparation
• Taking the girls to extracurricular activities and events

• Assisting with homework and projects

• Providing emotional support, helping with boundaries, and managing disciplinary needs - Helping with household management tasks during the day (flexible hours) - Occasionally staying overnight with the girls
  What We’re Looking For:

• An emotionally aware individual who can create a supportive, structured environment - Someone flexible with scheduling, as our weekly needs may change

• A reliable, loving person who is ready to help with various aspects of the home, from meals to homework to outings

• Experience managing multiple children and balancing schedules

Availability:

• Primarily needed for after-school hours and some evenings for bedtime routines
• Must be open to occasional overnight stays
• Flexibility is key, but we can consider setting consistent days if needed

Compensation:

• $25-30/hour, depending on experience
• Open to discussing a set monthly salary for the right candidate
• Willing to offer higher compensation for someone with exceptional experience
