Description:

Napier Toyota, now operating from our newly refurbished dealership, is looking for a fun, friendly, and organized individual to step into the role of Branch Administrator.
If you’re ready to bring your positive energy, love for teamwork, and knack for getting things done, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our dealership.
In this key role, you will help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the dealership by managing various administrative tasks. You will provide support to both the service and sales teams, whilst handling customer service tasks, such as answering the phone and welcoming visitors. Working with our head office, you will also assist with coordinating health and safety matters.
We provide full training and ongoing support; you provide the positive attitude and commitment.
This is a Monday – Friday role, so the weekends are your own.
Key skills we are after:
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Basic computer skills and familiarity with the Microsoft suite
Ability to work both individually and collaboratively in a team
Skills & Experience
Requirements
Full NZ drivers’ licence
NZ residency
Full command of the English language.
