We are seeking an experienced Senior Functional Analyst to support the Chief of Naval Air Training (CNATRA) and Naval Aviation Schools Command (NASC) in Pensacola, FL. This key position plays a crucial role in optimizing naval aviation training processes, conducting high-level data analysis, and providing strategic support to senior leadership.
DETAILED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree desired.
- Minimum of five (5) years of aviation-related production and leadership experience with the US Military in either an active duty, reserve duty, or civilian role.
- Secret security clearance (eligible).
- Aviation Production Tour or civilian employment in Military Training Command or Fleet with detailed knowledge of NAPP.
- Advanced level of knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Access, and Power BI.
- Program Management Professional (PMP) certification or Lean Six-Sigma certification desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to senior military leadership.
- Experience in project management and cross-functional team coordination.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work on-site in Pensacola, FL, with potential travel to other Naval Air Stations.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
