Summary: The National Account Coordinator will assist in the development of Retailers across Europe and contribute to a sustainable and profitable growth strategy. Reporting to the National Account Manager , you will work across different categories + coordinate industry first plans to disrupt the beauty market. The National Account Coordinator will support in maintaining strong relationships with retailer buyers, launch coordinators and marketing teams.

REQUIREMENTS

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage full product launch process with retailer, from product presentation and registration to launch plan, visual merchandising (online + in store) and performance analysis following launches.
  • Collating weekly sales reports & imputing into internal template.
  • Work with key internal stakeholders (Operations, PR & Marketing), contributing to day to day tasks and longer term projects.
  • Conduct regular website reviews – checking our own product pages, providing insight on competitor activity, offering suggestions for improvements.
  • Conducting audits & keeping track of competitor activity/launches, pricing and promotional offers.
  • Support with the execution of promotions/initiatives to plan with the retailer.
  • Develop a strong relationship with retailers, providing them with reliable + timely support.
  • Work with Account Manager to provide support on overall brand requests.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • General understanding of the beauty retail landscape with an eagerness and drive to learn more.
  • An interest in beauty & desire to keep up with new developments in the field.
  • A results-driven person with the ability to establish and leverage strong business relationships.
  • High commercial acumen – ability to work with Excel, sales data and provide promotional analysis.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Operating with diligence and attention to detail.
  • Must be flexible and determined - possessing the ability to handle a multitude of projects and the willingness to put in the time necessary for success.
  • High level of computer literacy, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent team player.
  • Excellent communication skills.
